I know you'd ...<B>YES!</B><BR/><BR/>JV - I know you hate the track. I know you'd rather climb all day. You are one of the best climbers I know. Unfortunately, Pikes ain't just a climb - there a lot of sections where you need to be able to roll - as there is less of a climb there. The Bob's Road section is such an area.<BR/><BR/>I think doing some track work, while you may not like it, will help you on race day ... given we are now under 110 days out, begining to do longer intervals at paces slightly faster than race pace will help you later in the summer. <BR/><BR/>And if it is easier from a schedule perspective, all the more reason.<BR/><BR/>Let me know when we are hooking up at Broomfield High.GZhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12623054918799881730noreply@blogger.com
