Boulder Creek Path 10 miles/483 vert./1:22:24 Garmin Data
Headed into Boulder with the girls and the Chariot. Parked at the pool near 30th/Arapahoe and headed upstream to where the path ends at a reasonably casual pace. Took a few nice breaks in the shade by the water to let the girls take in their surroundings, watch ducks etc.... My legs feel as though they are coming around and I contemplated a diversion up Sanitas valley to the start of the E. Ridge trail to get in a little climbing, but I knew the clock was ticking to get home for the next feed.
