6:30am, Green Mountain. Walked up Amphi/Saddle/Greenman in 41, jogged back down in a casual 30.
1pm, 1 round of mini golf (mandatory fun at a work outing).
4pm, 20 miles on the bike with Allison.
5pm, mowed the lawn, long over due.
Looking forward to Green TT tomorrow!

2.5 miles with SM real easy. He just had hernia repair surgery so we went
at what he called his Leadville Trot pace. He seems to be recovering fine.
